  • I already have an estimate from an insurance company, what's next?
    If an insurance company already provided a repair estimate for your vehicle, you are ready for the next stage, scheduling the repairs. You can either email us your estimate, bring it with you, or provide us the insurance information and we can request it directly from them.
  • How do I get an Estimate?
    All of our estimates options are free of charge. The best way to receive a quote is with an in-person inspection at our location. This will allow us to provide some guidance and explain our process more in detail. You can also request an estimate online on our requests page or call us at (830)872-5724
  • Do I need more than one estimate?
    No, at Lone Star we are often pre-approved by insurance companies. At the end of the day it is YOUR CHOICE and only yours where you get your vehicle repaired.
  • How long do repairs usually take?
    Every repair is unique. Timelines depend mostly on how extensive the damages are. We will give you a timeline with your estimate and communicate with you through out the entire repair process.
